Terms & Conditions for Rentals
By renting our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1️⃣ Payments
We offer two convenient payment options:

Pay in Full: Submit the total balance upfront at the time of booking.

Installments: Use an approved third-party payment service (such as Shop Pay) via our website to split your balance into installments.
All bookings must be fully paid — either upfront or through the installment service — before they are confirmed.
If you are paying through installments, the balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If the balance is not paid by this date, Petyls reserves the right to cancel the contract. If we agree to proceed after the deadline, a 10% late fee will be added, plus an additional 10% for every 7-day period the balance remains unpaid. Any extraordinary costs resulting from late payment will also be charged.
Additions made less than 30 days before the event may be accepted up to 7 days prior but must be paid in full within 24 hours. Availability, colors, and styles may vary.
2️⃣ Disclaimer
By renting our floral arrangements, you understand that while some designs resemble and are named after real flowers, many are high-quality artificial florals and are not botanicals.
3️⃣ Substitutions
Petyls reserves the right to substitute flowers or décor if items received are not of suitable quality. The integrity of the proposed design and color palette will be maintained, and replacements will be of equivalent value. If dyed florals are used, we will inform you in advance; Petyls is not responsible for fabric staining caused by dyed flowers.
4️⃣ Price Adjustments & Fresh Flowers
Prices may increase if your rental includes fresh flowers due to market fluctuations. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and send an updated invoice. Additional costs must be paid at least 30 days before the event.
5️⃣ Setup, Delivery & Pickup

Pricing covers one setup/location only. Additional fees apply for moving items between ceremony, reception, or other areas.

Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are large and may require partial disassembly. Only our staff (or an approved industry professional) may handle moves to ensure items are protected and insured.

Confirm with your venue that our rentals will fit in the desired space.
All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup:

Delivery is included within 25 miles of our St. Cloud warehouse. For locations beyond 25 miles, a mileage fee will apply based on distance and setup requirements.

Standard pickup is by 9:00 PM. Pickups after 9:00 PM incur late-night fees:

6️⃣ Product Handling

Rentals may not be left outdoors overnight. Arches and other structures cannot remain in the rain. If rain is forecast, Petyls may retrieve items early for protection.

No one may transport, dismantle, or move our rentals without written approval.

Damage beyond normal wear will be charged at three times the rental cost of the item. If an item is not returned as agreed, you will be charged four times the rental cost and may keep the item.
All credit card information is stored securely and deleted once rentals are returned.
7️⃣ Décor Coordination
To maintain a cohesive look, all décor should be discussed with Petyls beforehand. Décor not provided by Petyls is not guaranteed to match our designs. If needed, we may adjust placement to ensure consistency.
8️⃣ Venue & Location Limitations
Petyls must follow the rules and guidelines of your venue. Negotiating exceptions is your responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for unused rentals due to venue restrictions not disclosed in advance.
9️⃣ Cancellation Policy
At Petyls, every design is prepared and reserved exclusively for your event. Because of the planning, time, and resources invested in each booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations

30 days or more before the event: 70% of your payment will be refunded; 30% will be retained as a service fee.

15–29 days before the event: 50% of your payment will be refunded.

14 days or fewer before the event: All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

One complimentary date change is allowed if requested 30 or more days before the event, subject to availability.

Changes requested within 30 days may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.
Force Majeure
If unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions) prevent your event from taking place, Petyls will work with you to transfer your booking to another available date or apply a partial credit toward future services.
🔟 Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or its breach, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection. The arbitration shall take place in [Insert your location] before a single arbitrator, and the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
